Mr Lee Jyh Kiong is currently an Executive Director of FTEC Resources Berhad. He joined FTEC Group as a
Chief Financial Officer since November 2005. He is a member of Australian Society of CPAs and a member
of the Malaysian Institute of Accountants. He started his career in PricewaterhouseCoopers in 1993 and
was promoted to the position of Audit Assistant Manager before leaving in 1997. He then joined Timberwell
Berhad as the Group Financial Controller until 2005.

Encik Ismail Bin Ahmad is currently an Executive Director of FTEC Resources Berhad. He graduated with a LLB (Hons)
Degree from University of Wolverhampton, Masters Degree of Law from University of London, Masters Degree in Business
Management from AIM, Postgraduate Diploma in Syariah Law and Practice from UIA, Diploma in Management Science as well
as Certificate of Legal Practice.
Encik Ismail was attached with the Malaysian Army for 15 years and has attended courses both locally and in overseas.
He joined Pernama, a retail and wholesale company and remained there for 17 years. His last position in Pernama was
Deputy General Manager before he left in 1999. He was the Chief Executive Officer of Odasaja Sdn Bhd in its formative
year and later became the Group Executive Director of the same. He left Odasaja Sdn Bhd in December 2002. He is
currently also the Managing Director of Southport Freight and Services Sdn Bhd.

Ms Grace Vun is currently the Vice-President of FTEC Resources Berhad. She joined FTEC System Sdn Bhd as a Sales and Marketing
Manager in 1997 and became the Sabah Regional Manager in 1999. She has contributed significantly to the development and the
growth of the Sabah office’s regional business and she has then been progressed to be the Vice-President since April 2005.
Prior to joining the Group, she obtained Advanced Diploma from Association of Business Executives from Sunway College, Subang.
She also holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree majoring in International Business Management (Hons) from Oxford Brooks University of
United Kingdom.
